My usual tldr post of the month

As usual i do a bloggy about stuff coming up during the month and further events i keep an eye on first of all i´ve been busy this month also blogging for  other blogs:

Since last month has been all about Hair Fair, this month is gonna be all about Vintage, because Vintage Fair is about to start and from the Aug 4th – Aug 29th, CHIC Management brings it on and i get to enjoy one of my favourite SL events, so expect some previews as soon as possible.

This year the Fair is sponsored by: Aura, Belleza, Cheeky Pea, coldLogic, Gizza Creations, Indyra Originals, PurpleMoon Creations, oOo Studio and Trompe Loeil.  And there is also a  contest filled with prizes, so read about it here.

The Hottie Cooterati Experience  still has Zodiac going on strong, this edition themed by Leo last until the 23rd of August, then leading to it´s second round themed after Virgo.

The Ego Co. organizers of the Mesh Around Hunt, Fluid have a new hunt coming up starting in Setember, which i will be blogging as usual.

Another even that is having is premier is l’accessoires, from August 15th until September 8th we will see a lot about accessories in general, including,  shoes, i´m really looking forward to it.

Also as usual i will bring you the usual regular events be them monthly, bi-weekly or weekly, so stay tunned for this super special anniversary edition of COLLABOR88, and the usual during Fifty Linden Friday, FaMESHed, The Dressing Room, The Dressing Room Blue, The Men’s Department and The Gallery Gift Shop.

All good things come to an end, and unfortunately Mesh Around, ends tomorrow, this hunt has been going on since the 1st, with a huge amount of hunters and blog posts, you can find them all at the The Ego Co. blog, where you can follow all their events, and also check the amazing blogger team making sure you get to see all the beautiful things available at the events organized.

But even if Mesh Around is ending, Fluid is about to start, tomorrow also. Later on i will try to bring you all a preview, of this new bi-weekly event dedicated to posing and animations.

A little bit country

Which is a look i rarely go for, but it was perfect to show of items for a few events going on atm, first i´ll start with the second anniversary of CHIC Management with CHIC², where you can find this amazing mesh prop and the first big one from BENT, I´ve been on the BENT group for a few times, and i quite like it the entry fee is 250L and you get sent quite a few poses, except for those that are made for events like this one, although there will probably be a shop in the future, so join up while you can, is well worth it.

Next event is Mesh Around who has become one of the most popular hunts, I´ve seen so far this year, pretty fast, not only by the excellent organization by Ego Co. but also by the quality of the merchants and hunt gifts in it. And from the hunt is where you can find this gorgeous Ingenue top i´m wearing both in this colour and green.

And the 3rd event featured in this blog post is My Attic, which is going on it´s second edition and looks pretty promising, giving us good quality items and very good prices, and where i bought this super cute .ploom hair.

It´s that time of the month i do a tldr post

Last month was busy and unusual for me, busy because i covered a lot of events, and unusual because i spent most of the month in Goth looks.

After Fantasy Faire I must admit i was totally exhausted, not just from covering the event, but from basically living at the Faire sims for days, but exhausted and excited since i got to enjoy those wonderful builds for hours and hours.

After Fantasy Faire i officially covered several events, Keep calm and keep shopping, The Summer Beauty Festival and The World Goth Fair. By the way the Goth Fair donation has been made all transactions and receipts can be found here. I´m honestly out of words for how much i enjoyed being a part of this event, it has been probably my favourite so far this year, it had a flawless organization and openness, that no words can describe, and certainly not my clumsy english.

Soon coming from Axi and the gang will be also OopsKate, the link directs you to last years entry on the event, and i can´t wait to join in on Rupert´s birthday celebration, during next month, but i will bring you more info on that soon.

This month i blogged a Chic Management event officially for the first time, their two year birthday event CHIC², started yesterday and will be going on until the 24th.

Also blogging officially as a Ego Co. press member, is Mesh Around, I totally amazed with the exposure the hunt received, to be honest i never expected for people to go hunt like this, not that had little faith on the event and organization, but because it´s a new event, that is happening for the first time. And honestly the turn out is becoming legendary and hunters are iming shop owners tanking them for their generosity, i feel honestly grateful to be able to share this experience with everyone involved. I can´t wait now for Fluid to start.

That´s the usual round up of events for the next few days, as usual i´m also bringing you other events i stumble into, and that i usually cover, later on the week i´ll bring also a store opening and more pretty stuff from around the grid. So expect my usual peeks at COLLABOR88, The Dressing Room, The Dressing Room Blue,  and FaMESHed.

HUNT ALL THE MESH

Because Mesh Around is starting today at SL´s noon, and i bring you another small preview of some of the items available during at the hunt, since SL was not very kind to me yesterday, I only managed to take one picture, but it has not one but two Ely´s in it.

And so today i bring you: Geometry, Bilo, [GoS], Trompe Loeil and [HANDverk].

For some flowy summer prettiness, two love sets, one a dress from Bilo, which you know how much i love, and the other, a set of two separates: skirt and blouse, that you can either mix and match with other Geometry separates, which i heard there will be more available pretty soon, or with casual jeans or even system layers.

And now let me talk about these pumps, I wish more shoe creators would enter hunts, not enough do to be honest, and it´s such a wonderful way to show of your designs, specially when the quality is so at a top-level like this.

I don´t think i´ve mentioned yet how much i love furniture in mesh, but i will now, first reason is more detail for less prims, both the furniture set by Trompe Loeil and this lovely clock by [HANDverk] are mesh and so easy to mod, for the picture i did some moding to them, i resized the clock to bigger and resized the table to smaller and also took out he shadow parts on the furniture.

And here is the second reason i love mesh furniture even more, resizing it will even lower it´s land impact values, making it the best option for tiny avatars and petite ones.

Are you ready?

I sure am getting ready for Mesh Around, as I slowly get a glimpse of the items that will be available on the 1st of  June when the hunt starts. Just by looking at the list of shops participating you can have no doubts of their quality some more familiar names and a few new ones offering what i live best, mesh, from clothing, to furniture to decor, a variety of items waiting to be picked up, today i leave you all with a small preview.

The dress is from 22769 ~ casual couture, and i seriously don´t know how they manage to keep up with all the events they join, and the constant stream of new and quality content they share with the grid every week.

Mesh Around, and round and round.

Mesh Around is another event starting soon, most specifically on the 1st of June until the 15th and this one is a gridwide hunt involving some of the best, new and not so new shops on the grid working with like the name says, mesh.

I´ll admit i´m already a full-time mesh snob, and you won´t see me wearing many system layers, so i can´t wait for this hunt to start.

This is also the first event organized by The Ego Co., the first of many i am sure, I joined this new event group as a blogger recently and i am surprised at the organization already, and looking forward for June. In the meanwhile even with an already extensive and high quality list of merchants the applications for the hunt where extended for an extra week, so merchants can still apply here.

And while i wait, i´m still taking pics and these are from one of my favorite shops, and one of those in the Mesh Around hunt, Geometry I am wearing in this case one of their donation items for the The Ashraya Project. And i also did a trip to Yummy for some shopping, so here it is for now, while we wait for the time to go hunting.
